These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Dizatifurnish website and the purchase of any decorative items from our collection. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our operations are strictly limited to Hong Kong, and all transactions are subject to Hong Kong Law, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) .

1. Scope of Service

Dizatifurnish provides decorative goods exclusively to residents within Hong Kong. We do not accept orders or provide delivery to addresses outside of Hong Kong. By using our site, you confirm that you are a Hong Kong resident and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Ordering and Payment Policy

We operate a transparent Cash on Delivery (COD) model to ensure customer confidence.

  • Payment at Doorstep: You are required to pay for your items in full via cash at the moment the courier arrives.
  • No Digital Payments: We do not collect or store credit card or bank details on our website during the checkout process.
  • Total Cost: The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees, taxes, or additional surcharges added at the time of delivery.

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Timeline: The total duration from order confirmation to delivery is 7 business days. This includes a 2-business-day processing and shipping window .
  • Shipping Charges: Dizatifurnish provides Free Delivery on all orders within Hong Kong. You will never be charged for shipping, neither at checkout nor upon arrival.
  • Service Area: Delivery is available to all standard Hong Kong addresses.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order as long as the item is still in our warehouse. Please email contact@dizatifurnish.com immediately to cancel.
  • After Dispatch: Once an item has been handed to our courier (usually within 48 hours), the order cannot be cancelled in transit.

5. Returns and Statutory Rights

In accordance with the Hong Kong Laws, you have the right to return goods if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

  • Change of Mind: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Return Shipping: Dizatifurnish covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid label or schedule a courier collection.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for any returns.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once a return reaches our Hong Kong warehouse, it is inspected within 48 hours.
  • Refund Method: Since we do not store payment details, all refunds are issued via Bank Transfer. We will ask for your bank details through an email, on approval of refunds.
  • Timeline: Once approved, funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days. You will be asked to provide your bank details securely via email to facilitate this.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dizatifurnish is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as extreme weather, national holidays, or courier disruptions. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered.
