Our goal is to provide a transparent, fair, and straightforward process for our Hong Kong customers. Our practices are designed to align strictly with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) .

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your decorative pieces. Dizatifurnish offers a return window of 30 days from the date your order was delivered. If you decide an item is not the right fit for your space, you must initiate the return process before this 30-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Free from signs of wear, assembly, or damage.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@dizatifurnish.com.

  • In cases of damage or error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
  • We may request photos of the damage to expedite the claim with our couriers.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@dizatifurnish.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping Labels: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.
  • Collection: Alternatively, we will provide instructions on how to schedule a courier collection from your doorstep.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Fees and Charges

  • Return Shipping Costs: Dizatifurnish covers the cost of return shipping for all customers within Hong Kong. There are no hidden shipping fees for returns .
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.

6. The Inspection Phase

Once your returned item arrives at our Hong Kong facility, it will be inspected by our team.

  • We commit to completing this evaluation within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete to confirm if the refund has been approved.

7. Refund Method (Cash on Delivery)

Because Dizatifurnish operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, we do not have your payment details on file. Therefore, all refunds are processed via Bank Transfer.

  • Process: Once the inspection is successful, we will request your necessary bank details (Account Name, Sort Code, and Account Number), through email.
  • Privacy: This information is handled with the highest regard for privacy, adhering to Hong Kong data protection standards (PDPO).
  • Timeline: After we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution’s processing times.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time while the item is still at our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once the item has left our facility (usually within 2 business days), the delivery cannot be stopped.
